Mothapo Projects was formed in 2007 by the former CEO of Dihlase Consulting Engineers. Mr Lehlogonolo E wa ga Mabitsela (Pr Tech Eng, Pr CPM) BTech (Elec) MSAIEE, MIPET.
He formed this company fueled by the vision of establishing a consulting practice that would be able to address developmental challenges in the construction industry that South Africa is facing whilst reflecting the demographics of the country. The main aim of this company is to provide the highest level of service to their clients.

The firm is a member of CESA and carries Professional Indemnity Insurance of R15 000 000,00. The company can also raise guarantees for projects up to R1,5 billion.
